Welcome in: your getting-started page

Each build is yours to keep. After launch, a subscription keeps it running, at a monthly price that matches your build. If you outgrow it later, what you paid counts toward a bigger build.

Your build

Tended

Which build?

Planted One page with who you are, what you offer and how to reach you (a tap to call, text or email, and a Book now button to the booking app you already use, if you have one), planted and kept healthy. Ready in about 2 weeks $600 Then a $12 a month subscription Tended A full site with a contact form, newsletter sign-up and a Book now button that opens your booking page (the app you use now, or a free Cal.com), tended as the seasons change. Ready in about 3 weeks $1,200 Then a $45 a month subscription In Bloom Everything in Tended, plus booking right on your site, payments or a small shop (up to 20 items) in your own accounts: your site in full bloom, doing business for you. Ready in about 4 weeks $1,800 Then a $90 a month subscription

Not sure yet, let’s decide over email

Ready-in times count from the day all your content is in.

What every build comes with

Your words, written for you from your answers
A phone-first design
Google-ready: clear titles and descriptions, business details Google can read, and a photo preview when someone texts your link
Your Google profile, set up
A one-page brand sheet: your colors and fonts (and your logo, if you have one), ready for any designer
A slim banner across the top for news like “Now booking” or “Away until Nov 3” (switch it anytime: post it, or email me, and it’s done)
Your web address’s first year (then your subscription looks after it, so there’s nothing to renew)
30 days of settling-in tweaks after launch
A one-page “Your site” hand-off sheet

Your subscription, after launch

Every site comes with a subscription: it’s what keeps yours running. $12, $45 or $90 a month, matching your build, starting after your 30 days of settling in. If you ever cancel, your site is still yours.

What your subscription includes

What your site will do

So I know what your site needs, and which build it comes with. The price below follows along.

Online booking

With In Bloom, you can keep it, or have booking run right on your site instead, on my server. Whatever you pay for it now stays the same. Part of every build. Set up booking for meClients pick a time, and you both get reminders. With Tended, I set you up with Cal.com, free for one person and in your own name (a team? Each person can have their own free account). With In Bloom, booking runs right on your site, on my server. Part of Tended and In Bloom.

Our agreement, in short

WhatYour build, plus everything every build comes with.
PriceThe price of your build: half to start (your deposit, which holds your spot), and half at launch.
TimingThe clock starts when all your content is in. A first draft in about a week, and ready in about 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
ChangesWhile I’m building, you get two rounds of changes, each one batch with everything in it (notes on your draft, or one email); any more rounds, I quote first. Once you’re live, if you post on Instagram or Facebook, I can follow along and put your updates on your website and Google profile (I don’t post on your socials for you), or you can tap it on your site or email me your changes, as often as you need, and your subscription covers them.
If life gets busyA gentle nudge 30 days after you say yes. At 60 days the project closes; your deposit covers the work done so far, and if you pick it back up within a year, it counts toward finishing.
After launch30 days of settling-in tweaks, then your subscription, at your build’s monthly price. If anything breaks, or I got something wrong, I fix it.
YoursEverything is in your name. If you ever cancel your subscription, your site is still yours, and I hand over every file and login.

Our agreement

Between Taya of Web Faery (Humboldt County, California) and you. Version of October 10, 2026.

What I’ll make. Your build: the site we choose together Every build comes with your words written for you from your answers, a phone-first design, the Google basics (clear titles and descriptions, business details Google can read, a photo preview when someone texts your link), your Google profile set up, a slim top banner for news, a one-page brand sheet (your colors and fonts, and your logo if you have one, ready for any designer), your web address’s first year, 30 days of settling-in tweaks, and a one-page “Your site” hand-off sheet.
The price. The price of your build. Half to start (your deposit), which holds your spot, and half at launch (the balance). By card or US bank account.
How we’ll work. You send your content: the answers on this page and your photos. The build clock starts the day all your content is in. I send a first draft in about a week, on a private link. You get two rounds of changes; each round is one batch, with everything in it: notes on your draft, or one email. Any more rounds, I quote first, and nothing starts until you say yes. Your site is ready in about 2, 3 or 4 weeks from when your content is in.
If life gets busy. If your content isn’t in 30 days after you say yes, I’ll nudge you gently. At 60 days the project closes, so my calendar stays fair to everyone waiting. Your deposit covers the work done so far, and if you pick it back up within a year, it counts toward finishing.
Launch. Your site goes live at your own web address, I hand you the logins to the accounts I set up for you, and the second half is due. Then 30 days of settling-in tweaks are included.
After launch. Your subscription, at your build’s monthly price ($12, $45 or $90 a month), starting after your 30 days of settling in. Your subscription doesn’t cover Stripe’s card fee (about 2.9% + 30¢ per payment, taken from your own sales), paid plans of apps you already use (like Square, Vagaro or Acuity), ads, or a newsletter list over 1,000 people.
What’s yours. Everything: your site, your words, your photos, your web address (with you as its legal owner, even while I hold it and renew it for you as part of your subscription), your Google profile, your newsletter list, and your booking and payment accounts. Any account I set up for you, like your newsletter or booking, is made in your name, with your email, and its own strong password, which I hand you at launch for you to change. A Google profile I build for you is yours at launch too: I make you its owner. After that, where I need a way in, I’m added as a helper. Taking payments? Stripe needs your own ID, tax number and bank account, so you make that account yourself, with my help over email, and add me as a Developer. I won’t ask for a password you already use. If you ever cancel your subscription, your site is still yours: I hand over every file and login within a week, your web address too, and your site stays up the whole time. With In Bloom, your booking, payments or shop can’t keep running on my server without a subscription, so I help you move them into your own accounts. Your subscription is monthly, and it ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Hosting. Hosting is part of your subscription, so there’s nothing else to pay for it. Most sites live on GitHub Pages; an In Bloom site that takes payments or runs a shop lives on Cloudflare Pages. If either one ever changes its rules or prices, moving your site is part of your subscription too. If you ever cancel it, your files are yours to host anywhere you like.
Your part. Send only photos, logos and words you have the right to use, and tell me if anything on your site is wrong. While I build, click the one or two confirm-your-email messages from the accounts I set up for you.
Honest limits. I build carefully for Google, but no one can promise a ranking or a number of new clients. Outside services (Google, your booking app, your payment company, your newsletter app, Porkbun) have their own rules and prices, which can change; the prices here are estimates as of October 2026.
Upgrading later. If you outgrow your build, what you paid counts toward a bigger one.
Privacy. What you share here is only for building your site. I don’t share or sell it.

Once you send this page, I’ll email you a copy of this agreement, signed by me too.

Just a head start. I write your words from these answers, and I’ll email you if I need more. A line or two each is plenty, and every one is optional. If it’s already correct on your mockup, don’t worry about writing it here.

I’ll ask the rest over email.

What you offer, and your prices

One line each: “60-minute massage, $90.”

Your hours, or the area you serve

Rough is fine. Work from home? Your street address stays off your site.

Anything you want people to know

Like what to bring, how to book, or your cancellation policy.

Words you love, and words that make you cringe

This shapes how your site sounds.

You already have a look, so this part is quick.

A feel for your look, and the photos you have. Tap and type as little as you like.

I already have a brand kitColors, fonts, logo files, anything a designer made for you.

Anything you’d change?

A color you’ve gone off, a font that’s always bugged you, or just “nope, I love it.”

Which moods feel like you?

Pick any that ring true.

Earthy & calm Bright & joyful Moody & elegant Clean & simple Whimsical & playful Surprise me, I trust you

Colors you love

Colors you can’t stand

A website or two you like (any kind)

A few words on what you like helps: the colors, the calm, the photos.

Your logo (if you have one; if not, that’s completely fine)

The biggest, clearest version you have. Any kind of file is fine.

No logo? Your name set in a lovely font, chosen with your site, makes a simple wordmark that works beautifully. If you ever want a real logo, a logo or brand designer can make one, and your site will welcome it.

Add your logo

No logo needed. Your name set in a lovely font, chosen with your site, makes a simple wordmark that works beautifully. If you ever want a real logo, a logo or brand designer can make one, and your site will welcome it.

No brand kit? No worries: every build comes with a one-page brand sheet with your colors and fonts (and your logo, if you have one), ready for any designer.

Your photos

I’ll pick calm free stock photos that fit your work, and they’re yours to keep. Send me your own anytime, and I’ll swap them in.

You, your hands at work, your space, the view. Phone photos are great, and only ones you took or may use, please.

Add photos

A few favorites is plenty. Or drop them here.

Or share a link to an album (handy for lots of photos)

For anything you don’t have a photo of yet, I’ll fill in with calm free stock photos that fit your work.

Use free stock photos for nowI’ll pick calm ones that fit your work, and they’re yours to keep. Send me your own anytime, and I’ll swap them in.

I’d rather not show my faceTotally fine. Hands, tools, your space and the landscape make lovely sites too.

Your photos stay saved on this device too, so you can come back and finish anytime.

Just the few bits that have to be you. Everything else I set up for you during the build, in your name. Anything marked together over email can wait for me.

Your Google profile

About 2 minutes I build it for you Skipped for now

It’s what shows up on Google Maps and beside a Google search: your hours, photos, reviews and a button to your site. It’s free, it’s yours, and it matters as much as the site does.

Already have one? Add me as a manager, so I can keep it fresh for you. You stay the owner.

How to add me

Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account that owns your profile.
Open your profile’s menu and choose Business Profile settings, then People and access, then Add.
Type taya@webfaery.love, choose Manager, and send it. You stay the owner, and you can remove me anytime.

The steps above, one at a time (about 20 seconds).

Google moves its buttons around now and then. If it looks different, or you can’t get into your profile, stop there and we’ll sort it out together over email.

I’ve added Taya as a manager I don’t have one yet No thanks, I don’t want a Google profile

No problem, I’ll build it for you. Later in the build, Google asks for one quick check that it’s really your business (a short video, or a code it sends you), and I’ll walk you through it by email. At launch I make you its owner, and I stay on as your manager, to keep it up to date.

No problem, it’s skipped. You can add one anytime, just say the word.

Your web address

About 2 minutes Your subscription looks after it

It stays yours. Keep it where it is and we point it at your new site, or move it in with mine and your subscription renews it from then on. For now, just make sure you can still sign in where it lives, since getting back in can take a few days.

I buy it during the build (the first year comes with your build), with you as its legal owner. It lives in my Porkbun account and your subscription renews it, so there’s no account for you to make and nothing to renew. If an email comes asking you to confirm your email address for it, just click it.

Your web address, and where it livesAlready own one? Where does it live? (skip if not)

Any ideas for your web address? (if you like)

Choosing one together is one of my favorite parts. The first year comes with every build, and the web address guide has more.

Check if one’s free Just looking is free. No need to buy it yet: we’ll pick it together.

How to do it

Find where your address lives: the company you pay for it each year, like GoDaddy, Squarespace or Porkbun. An old receipt email usually says.
Sign in there, and check that it still works. Locked out? Their help page can get you back in; start now, since it can take a few days.
Around launch, we point it at your new site: about 5 minutes in its settings, with the web address guide, or together over email.
Rather I renewed it for you? It can move in with mine, once it’s free to move: every registrar locks an address for 60 days after it’s bought or moved (say, through Wix with an old site). Until then, we just point it.

Porkbun as the example: your address, its Details, the lock, and where the move code lives. Keep that code private.

I can sign in where it lives

I won’t ask for a password you already use. Anything I set up for you gets its own strong password, sent to you privately at launch through Proton Pass, and you change it to your own the first time you sign in.

Anything you’re not sure of? Leave it, and we’ll finish it together over email.

Welcome in.
